Note for dual SIM users
The Kona Enterprise gateway features a dual SIM slot tray for you to insert 2 SIM cards. Some providers require the modem to be on a provider-specific firmware. When using a SIM card that requires a provider-specific firmware, it will be incompatible with other SIM cards that require a different firmware. For example: AT&T and Verizon require a provider-specific firmware for the modem. If you have a Verizon SIM card and a generic SIM inserted, you can ONLY use Verizon OR the generic SIM. The gateway cannot support both as the modem can only support one firmware.
EU customers are not affected by this as all SIM cards work with the generic firmware.
