Adding TEKTELIC Sensors to The Things Network (TTN)
Please see below for instructions to add TEKTELIC sensors to the TTNv3 network server:
The Things Network (TTN)
- From the TTN network server home page, select "Applications"
- From the "Applications" page, select "Create Applications" and give the Application a name
- Select the Application you have created
- Within the newly created Application you have just created, select the button "Register end device"
- Under "End Device Brand" select "Tektelic Communications Inc"
- Under "Model" select the Tektelic Sensor you wish to add to TTN
- Once you have selected the model, select the Region for your sensor under "Profile (Region)"
- Once you have selected the Region, under "Frequency Plan" select the channel plan you wish to use with your sensor. (FSB1 = Sub-band 1)
- Under "JoinEUI" enter the AppEUI that is provided alongside your TEKTELIC sensor
- Under "DevEUI" enter the DevEUI that is provided alongside your TEKTELIC sensor
- Under "AppKey" enter the AppKey that is provided alongside your TEKTELIC sensor
- Under "End device ID" enter a unique name for the device, or use the default device ID that is generated.
- Select "Register end device" . Your sensor has now been added to the TTN Network Server.
